Bespoke watch protection for the references we haven't catalogued yet. Drop your watch off in Sydney, or post it in from anywhere in Australia, we'll design a precision-cut TPU film tailored to your specific watch, install it ourselves, and send you home with a spare kit for future use.

What's Included

The Process

Custom film isn't a stock product. Each commission involves:

- Detailed reference photography and measurement of your specific watch
- 3D-modelled cut paths designed around your reference's case and bracelet geometry
- Installation with quality verification
- A second complete kit, cut from the same digital template, prepared for future re-application

How It Works

1. Choose your service options (Mail-In or Sydney Walk-In).
2. We'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your watch model, request reference photos if needed, and arrange logistics.
3. Mail-In: ship your watch to us in its original box, insured. Walk-In: bring it to our Sydney office on your confirmed appointment day. 
4. We design and cut your custom film, install it on your watch, and prepare your spare kit.
5. Your watch is returned within 7–10 business days.

Why Custom

Every watch has slightly different lug geometry, bracelet links, and bezel curvature. A custom film is designed around your exact reference rather than a close approximation the difference between something built for your watch and something built to fit it. Your template is saved for future reorders, so the next kit is one click away.

After Your Install

Once we've designed your custom template, it's saved on file. Future replacement kits for the same watch can be reordered directly from your account, no measurements, no waiting on design. Insiders receive 20% off all reorders.

Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from when we receive your watch. Rush options available on request.
